Company Overview

QRF Services, LLC is a licensed and insured roofing company based in Ball Ground, Georgia, providing residential and commercial roofing services including inspections, repairs, maintenance, and new installations.
Any additional written contracts, service proposals, or invoices provided by QRF Services, LLC will supplement and, where applicable, govern over these general Terms.

Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements, either personally or on behalf of a property owner or entity.

Any quotes or estimates provided by QRF Services, LLC are non-binding until a written and signed agreement is executed.

Estimates are subject to change based on:

On-site inspections,
Material price fluctuations,
Weather conditions, and
Unforeseen project complications.

A detailed written proposal or contract will define your project scope, materials, timeline, and payment schedule. No work will begin until both parties agree in writing.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in each individual contract or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

A deposit may be required before scheduling work.
Final payment is due upon completion of services.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or approved electronic methods.
Late or unpaid invoices may incur additional fees or collection costs.

Ownership of materials or warranties does not transfer to the customer until payment is received in full.

Warranties and Guarantees

QRF Services, LLC provides limited warranties on workmanship as stated in your specific project contract.
Additionally, roofing materials may carry manufacturer warranties, which are governed by the manufacturer’s own terms.

Our workmanship warranties do not cover:

Damage caused by severe weather, acts of nature, or impact events;
Damage due to neglect, alteration, or repairs by third parties;
Issues related to pre-existing structural deficiencies; or
Materials supplied by others.

Scheduling and Project Changes

We make every effort to complete projects on time; however, weather, material delays, and unforeseen conditions may affect scheduling.

We reserve the right to adjust project timelines or reschedule work as necessary. Customers will be notified promptly of any significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRF Services, LLC, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Use or inability to use our Services or websites;
Delays or interruptions beyond our control;
Damage caused by factors outside the agreed scope of work.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QRF Services, LLC, its officers, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from:

Your breach of these Terms;
Your misuse of our Services or websites;
Property conditions or hazards outside QRF’s control.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.askQRF.com and www.QRFRoofPros.com — including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, and design — is owned by QRF Services, LLC or its licensors.
